Agreement
By using www.khatico.com or booking services with KhatiCo LLC ("KhatiCo," "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
KhatiCo provides TV mounting and related installation services in the Charlotte, NC metro area (Charlotte + 30-mile radius, excluding downtown high-rise areas). Final pricing is confirmed at booking. Estimates cover standard installations; non-standard conditions may require adjustment.
Booking and Payment
- Appointment requests are confirmed by our team before service.
- Payment is collected upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a trip fee.
SMS Communication
When you opt in on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from KhatiCo TV Mounting for appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service inquiries at the phone number you provide.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service requests.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@khatico.com.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Phone Calls and AI Voice Assistant
By opting in on our website, you also expressly consent to receive phone calls from KhatiCo TV Mounting at the phone number provided, including calls that may be automated, pre-recorded, or delivered by an AI voice assistant.
- Calls are made for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling, and service-related communication.
- Calls are placed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time.
- You may opt out at any time by informing us during a call or emailing info@khatico.com.
- Consent to receive calls is not a condition of purchase.
- Calls may be recorded or transcribed for service quality and accuracy; recordings are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Warranty
KhatiCo warrants workmanship for 90 days from the date of installation. The warranty covers defects in installation but not damage from subsequent customer action, third-party modification, or product failure. Mount hardware and TV equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service address and access to the installation location.
- Ensure the wall is suitable for mounting (or inform us in advance if unsure).
- Have the TV and any owner-supplied mount available at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
KhatiCo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
